Polenta is made of cornmeal. We import our polenta directly from Corson Maize Food Ingredients in New Zealand. It is a low carbohydrate food and good source of vitamins A and C. Polenta is also gluten-free, making it an excellent substitute for wheat based dishes. Cook it into the consistency of a warm, creamy porridge or bake it into a beautiful cake or bread.
