Our artisanal pasta is made with fine organic gluten free flours, dried at low temperatures for over 20 hours and bronze-drawn just as tradition dictates. Organic, Gluten-free fusilli pasta made from Italian lentils. Pasta is made with bronze-die extruded method. Bronze-die pasta is extruded through traditional brass/bronze dies, creating a rough, porous, and matte-finished surface that superiorly grips and absorbs sauces. Often referred to as "bronze-cut," this artisan method produces a more flavorful, firm, and rustic noodle compared to the smooth, slippery texture of Teflon-extruded pasta.
